Downstairs at Camilla Java

USE POLICY

STANDARD: Downstairs at Camilla Java is the ground floor space where people from all walks of life are welcome to gather. Types of events include, but are not limited to, small musical programs, internet use, and small meetings.

POLICY:

· Events held Downstairs will be open to the general public.

· No outside food or drink will be served.

· No alcoholic beverages will be served.

· No smoking is allowed.

· Financial arrangements for food and drink not part of our standard menu must be made in advance and must be confirmed in writing.

· No decorations may be affixed to the ceiling, walls or windows.

· Use of Camilla Java services, i.e., internet use is reserved for Camilla Java patrons.

· All events held must conform to the vision and general operating principles of the owners of Camilla Java and may require approval in writing.
