The Loft at Camilla Java

USE POLICY

STANDARD: The Loft is the second floor space at Camilla Java where people from all walks of life are welcome to gather for group events. Types of events include, but are not limited to, small musical/theatrical programs, airing of movies, small meetings and mini-fairs for businesses and educators.

POLICY:

· Events held in the Loft will be open to the general public.*

· No outside food or drink will be served.

· No alcoholic beverages will be served.

· No smoking is allowed.

· Financial arrangements for rental, food and drink must be made in advance and must be confirmed in writing.

· No decorations may be affixed to the ceiling, walls or windows of the Loft.

· All events held in the loft must conform to the vision and general operating principles of the owners of Camilla Java and may require approval in writing.

* It is understood that attendance at certain events will be self-limiting, for example a women’s group--although open—may not appeal to everyone.
